The Japanese helmet, as it is popularly called, is a device that recently appeared on the market for exam copying systems and that has revolutionized exam copying. The major advantage of using this small device, popularly called the Japanese skin-colored headset, is that it will allow you to use wireless copying systems.

Basically, it is actually a microdevice that has brought many penalties in terms of copying exams. The biggest advantage of using this skin color device is that it will allow you to use copy devices without any wire on your body!

The Japanese headset has an integrated mini receiver with which it captures the waves emitted by the copying system, which it amplifies and sends to a micro speaker. All copying systems that use the Japanese headset definitely need that mini 337 battery that powers the amplifier in the Japanese headset.

Using a Japanese copy helmet (Casca De Copiat) has the following advantages:

  • they are easy to use, anyone can use them without problems
  • you can use simple copiers without any thread on the body
  • very stable in use — does not disconnect, does not interrupts, is not sensitive to movements, sneezing, hiccups, etc

The battery has 2 sides: on one side it is completely smooth and has something written on it and on the other it has a circle on the edge. At all times the battery will be placed in the cover with the writing side towards the cover and the circle on the edge towards the headset:

DO NOT pull on the lid — the lid will open by turning! Carefully screw on the Microcasti cover. If as soon as you start screwing it locks open and screw again. The threading must be very easy, there is no need to force. When you put the battery in the headset after fixing the cover, there may be little space left between the headset and the cover (the cover no longer tightens to the end) — this is normal!

The headset battery will start consuming from the moment you screw in the cover, even if you will not use the headset, so it is recommended not to leave the battery inside. The autonomy of a battery is about 3… 4 hours of operation. The battery can be used several times as long as you do not leave it in the headset. The headset will be inserted into the ear at all times with the sharp side towards the ear.

It will be pushed with tweezers until it is no longer noticeable. When you take it out you will pull with tweezers from that small transparent antenna. That antenna on the headset has absolutely no role in the operation of the headset and is placed only to remove the headset from the ear. Some clients shorten it or even cut it completely in order to notice the headset in the ear as hard as possible, but be careful:

The headset has background noise (like a bandage, a continuous rustle) — this is normal, this means that the amplification of the headset works and the headset is new. The more intense this background is, the more intense the voice of the dictator will be. Over time, the intensity will decrease with the wear of the headset until it is no longer heard at all — it means that you have to replace the headset!
